Terms

These general terms describe how an engagement with SS SERVICES is expected to begin. A project-specific written agreement takes priority for each confirmed engagement.

Scope and milestones

Work begins after requirements, deliverables, timeline, payment milestones, and responsibilities are agreed in writing. Changes to scope may change the timeline or estimate.

Payment and currency

Payment schedule and currency are agreed before work starts. SS SERVICES provides GST-compliant invoices where applicable. International clients should confirm payment method, currency conversion, and any transfer fees before kickoff.

Ownership and handover

Subject to agreed payments, project source code and agreed deliverables are handed over at completion. Third-party software, hosting, fonts, and service accounts remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Support

Any included post-launch support is limited to the period and scope written in the project agreement. New features and unrelated changes are scoped separately.
